This forum invite short film and short video academic professionals and industry elites in China, and carry out the press conference and film collection plan of the Mins International Short Video Competition. It aims to lead the continuous innovation of media content and production with the starting point of short films and short videos and show the colorful, vivid and three-dimensional Chinese culture to a wider audience through exhibition videos. It will also discuss how they work together towards cross-cultural communication that not only updates the characteristics of Chinese and foreign cities, but also promotes the cooperation and development of cultural tourism industries among Chinese and foreign cities.

本论坛邀请国内短片短视频学术界专业人士以及业界精英，并进行中国电影剪辑学会短片短视频艺术委员会支持创立的Mins国际短视频大赛的发布会与征片计划，旨在从短片短视频出发引领媒介内容与生产的不断创新，利用影像展映向外界展示丰富多彩、生动立体的中国文化，与外界共同讨论如何实现跨文化沟通，不仅可以更新中外城市名片，而且可以推动中外城市的文旅产业合作和发展。
This forum invites experts related to environment and supply chain, representatives of energy industry, and senior media personnel to conduct cross-border discussions on the establishment and improvement of the safe supply system of key new energy and mineral resources and the future of the energy industry in key fields. It will based on the new energy and key minerals in the process of global energy transformation under the new international environment from the perspectives of communication, ESG and supply chain.

In order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS), including addressing climate change, various innovative approaches are being proposed, such as the Food Revolution recommended by the UN Food Systems Summit.
Climate Change and Food Revolution Forum jointly host by the Emerging Countries Media Forum, the Good Food Fund under the Green Development Foundation and the Future Carbon Neutrality Research Institute. It will introduced the resources of the UN Food System Summit, and explore new ideas and new directions of social enterprise innovation with experts and scholars in related fields.

The new technological change with artificial intelligence and the metaverse is reshaping the global innovation landscape and reshaping the global economic structure. It has created broader development opportunities for all countries, provided a broad space for the production, communication and application of digital culture, and also brought security and ethical challenges to human society. 在推进乡村振兴的战略背景下，无论从培植乡村人力资本的教育角度，还是从促进起点公平的社会角度，抑或从加强顶层设计的制度角度，儿童的早期发展都是不应忽视的重要议题。国内外实践表明，人力资本培养越早越有效，以“儿童优先”和儿童早期发展为抓手，重视内生发展动力、弥合城乡发展差距、提高资源投入产出，为广大儿童少年平等享有美好生活创造更多机会，也关系到国家乡村全面振兴战略目标的实现。全球儿童发展论坛邀请各界专家，为“儿童”而相聚。
Rural Revitalization and Global Poverty Reduction Forum invited experts and local practitioners from all walks of life to discuss strategies and paths for rural sustainable development in the age of globalization. They will share practices and innovations in poverty reduction and development and contribute Chinese wisdom, strengthen poverty reduction in emerging countries and promote the implementation of the Global Development Initiative and the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. To serve global strategic decision-making on sustainable poverty reduction and rural development.
Under the strategic background of promoting rural revitalization, children's early development is an important issue that should not be ignored, it can be proved from the perspectives of education to cultivate rural human capital, promoting social equity from the starting point and enhancing the system of top-level design. Research shows that the earlier human capital training is, the more effective it will be. Focusing on "children first" and early childhood development, attaching importance to endogenous development drivers, bridging the gap between urban and rural development, increasing resource input and output, and creating more opportunities for children and young people to enjoy a better life equally are also related to the realization of the national strategy of comprehensive rural revitalization. The Global Child Development Forum invites experts to gather for "children".

新兴国家影像传媒文化论坛The New Emerging Countries International Media Forum
2023年恰逢共建“一带一路"倡议提出10周年。为响应习近平同志提出“加强和改进国际传播工作"的要求，打造全球化语境下的专业跨界交流平台，首届新兴国家影像传媒文化论坛（以下简称“新兴国家传媒论坛"）计划于2023年3月31日至4月2日在中国四川省德阳市及菲律宾马尼拉等地同步举行。
The year 2023 coincides with the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” Initiative. In order to create a professional cross-border communication platform in the context of globalization in 2023, The New Emerging Countries International Media Forum is scheduled to be held in Deyang(About 100 kilometers away and one hour's drive from Chengdu), Sichuan Province, China and Manila, Philippines from March 31 to April 2, 2023.
